The SHRC's National Exam Test Tool (NETT) project revolves around planning, developing, and maintaining browser-based practice national exam software for students in Sierra Leone. I lead a team of 4 student developers to design and implement effective pedagogical tools, and I promote a culture of learning and organizational improvement by applying software engineering principles. I also coordinate tasks, meetings, and schedules across a larger international team.
