Write product development code in Infra team to work with and integrate different Linux processes to provide network visibility. I single-handedly performed feasibility test, designed and implemented the CLI and API interfaces for a feature to allow users to dynamically set logging severity level of certain log messages and to view the log level set on the CLI and FM(UI) of the network products. Also, contributed to the documentation of the feature. Working with chassis, cards, ports and their software implementations, I have triaged and resolved over 70 bugs and customer sustaining issues. I won a spot-award for my work on feature, "ETAGS", in July '22. Won first prize in the Innovation Fair ‘21 for the idea, “SAFE mode debug improvement“. Worked on and fixed over 800 errors and warnings from the 'Coverity' app, thus, improving the quality of the code. I was nominated for Gigastar award for this.

Accessed the following APIs using Python code to automate various tasks: (i) JIRA API, (ii) JENKINS API, and (iii) ES Portal API. Also, used Python to update processed values in fields in Jira and work with Excel sheets, automate Pivot tables.
