Designed and implemented automation of Azure Firewall, Storage account, NSG, route table, and Log analytics. Built K8s nginx ingress controller image and deployed in K8s cluster nginx ingress pod. Used Azure CI/CD for complete nginx ingress image building and publishing in private repositories. Updated the Ansible automation framework from using Password authentication to Token based authentication for F5 load balancer. Automated Azure cloud service. Created standard operating procedure for the operations team. Utilized Azure Bicep to create automated solutions for Azure firewall, route table, NSG, and subnet attachment, and integrated these automations with the CI/CD pipeline. Managed the NITC GIDC Nepal government Data Center. Led the application delivery controller for the NagarikApp government application using F5 BigIp for fast delivery, app availability, and security. Worked on decreasing unwanted traffic and attacks from outside Nepal by restricting SSL VPN geo-location functionality. Collaborated with the email team to decrease connection attempts and attacks on the mail server by using geo-location and high risk/Tor IP block lists generated by the Palo Alto database. Tested the Big-IP DNS functionality for DC and DR setup. Automated F5 virtual servers for multiple government domains hosted in C-panel along with SSL termination using Ansible playbooks in the testing environment. Provided network support services for devices such as Cisco switches, routers, FTD and PA NGFW, and F5 LTM/GTM, and worked with the system/mail team to ensure smooth mail flow.
