• Designed and implemented a dashboard for Automated Talent Recommendation from Resumes using Streamlit and Python to visualize data from resumes, decreasing time taken to find the right talent for the job. • Utilized algorithmic and programming tools to build helpful analytical models like Topic Modeling, and Classification for finding out matching talent. • Brought forth knowledge of Natural Language Processing & Text Similarity to create a match score and filter on that basis to automate the candidate selection process by recommending them perfect talent from the pool for the job. Reducing time taken for hiring by five Folds. • Technologies Used: Python, Streamlit, Data Viz., Pandas, Plotly, Spacy, Text Extraction, NLTK, Cosine Similarity
