Project--> GPA Production Support: Used to work in an application form where users used to get temporary access for their database to work upon. Technology Stack: MS SQL, Service Now, Core Java, CA Workload Automation(Autosys). I was involved in the transition of my application from a different vendor to TCS and then established a steady state for the application. Partner with Business and Support teams for rapid issue resolution. Worked on Service Now tickets and resolved incidents raised by end-users and other teams. Liaising with DEV teams to resolve various Java code-related issues smoothly. Automation of daily jobs through CA workload automation and monitoring. Worked on SQL queries to extract data from MySQL database.
