- We used ecommerce portals for collecting the comparative data to create a competitive benchmarking for one of our E-Commerce clients, via product mapping and reverse verification from client for the same. - I revisited this raw data for the purpose of preprocessing, determining price variance and match type with conditional formatting and filling the missing values for the same with MS Excel 2016. - Once the client re-verified, I performed data analysis (EDA) by creating probable distribution charts trying multiple combinations of features and transforming textual data into categorical ones with the help of python pandas as a proof of concept (POC) for the initial roll-out for feature engineering.
