Project Manager. IT integration department • Management of Raiffeisen / Impexbank integration project – Group DataWarehouse for the merged bank. Loading Impexbank data to SAS Warehouse, creating SAS ETL procedures, data marts development by requests of business units (Risk Management). • Basel II project. Gap analysis and update of Raiffeisen bank IT systems to be compliant with Basel II requirements in cooperation with specialists from HQ. • Management of Group Data Warehouse project. Mapping procedures, local ETL job development, data quality analysis. Project was successfully completed by joint efforts of group from 3 internal developers and outsources company. • Management of the project Creation of reporting system based on Group Data Warehouse (main technology – Cognos BI). About 100 reports were developed to provide business units (Product Development, Marketing etc.) with relevant information about banking products. • MIS (Management Information System) Project. Implementation MIS (based on Oracle OFSA technology). Budgeting, planning, profitability calculation. Main user – Controlling department. • SAS Warehouse optimization project. Reengineering of existing SAS ETL procedures and rebuild existing SAS reports to decrease loading time. • Quarterly management report project. Analytical reports for management (main technology – SAS). • Provision calculation according to IFRS and RAS. Communication with business units during the process of BRD creation.
