Worked on improving performance and overall health of pharmeasy website. Improved core web vitals from ~35 to ~70 for Pharmeasy’s Home page and Product description pages. Improved LCP time from ~7s to within 2.5s. Reduced the overall Homepage size from 150kb to 90kb. Brought down CLS from 0.4 to within 0.01. End to end responsible for Cart and Payment flow migration to better performing tech stack. Reducing javascript footprints by removing 3rd party libraries from the project, for e.g. Lodash-es, js-cookies etc.
