Empowered the business team tomake informed decisions about financing and resource allocation for the services and projects provided by the organization. • Developed ABC, a wrapper application for the legacy Clarizen tool, to streamline the idea submission process. The application prompts users with customized questions set by business heads and creates a Clarizen ticket and a Confluence page based on their answers, saving 3 manhours daily.
