Imaging Analyst

I provide specialist research expertise in pre-clinical image processing and analysis with particular focus on Diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging (dMRI), Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced (DCE) MRI, Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and multimodal applications including Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). I develop standardised processing pipelines using open-sources tools (e.g. FSL, MRtrix, ANTs) as well as in-house developed scripts (e.g. Python, MATLAB). I provide training to PhD students, researchers and collaborators in medical im- age processing and analysis. I operate advanced imaging equipment (e.g. MRI, MPI) with the aim to develop multi-modal imaging protocols to support research studies. I develop, design and implement magnetic particle relaxometers in all their parts (hardware and software) to allow comprehensive particle optimisation and characterisation.
