Built an automated retraining pipeline for OCR Models for a major NBFC client, utilised AWS Ecosystem to facilitate the need, used services like SageMaker, ECR, Lambda and S3 to build it. Created docker images from scratch and stored versions in Elastic container Registry, used Git to access repo and to setup code versioning. Contributed in development of MLOps accelerator, a tool that incorporated a wide range of model types, including classification models, regression models, LightGBM, and linear learner, resulting in a 30% reduction in model deployment time and a 20% improvement in prediction accuracy. Extracted data from CDSL and NSDL reports to give insights on Investments in MF, REITs, and Equity by using Computer Vision and Python libraries. Developed a tool to automate address verification using Tensorflow, PyTesseract and PyPdf libraries. Included features such as masking sensitive information, watermark removal and address matching to reduce manual effort in KYCs done. Built a tool for the Generative AI capability, a search engine for documents management with NLP powered search and querying. Deployed HuggingFace LLM for text summarisation. Coded the complete backend in python and hosted it on AWS cloud. Performed EDA using Pandas, Numpy, seaborn and plotly libraries on the data and presented the findings to the stakeholders alongside the monthly forecasts generated using BSTS model based on R to solve the pain points of the client, executed the forecasting project within the timeframe of 5 months resulting in 10% improvement in Inventory management and reduction down on planning hours. Prepared a list of hypotheses, ran statistical analysis on the hypothesis to prove significance and implemented the results as regressor in the ARIMA forecast model to improve model’s accuracy. Successfully architected cloud-based solutions to cater needs of clients. crafted robust proposals and contributed to sales events to drive business growth. Wrote Emails to the client for active information exchange, drove business review calls with story driven decks to align on the business and project goals. Communicated delays and resolutions to absorb the delay to the client as and when needed. Designed and crafted Business requirement and Functionality requirement documents as a part of project to deliver detailed guide on addressing the challenges faced by the client.
