Working for Grand Royal Group, a Myanmar distillery company' s WMS & AMS process as Technical Developer. • Working closely with GRG's functional team to understand requirements in applications or reports needed. • Go through Oracle JD Edwards's Batch and Interactive applications with their event rules, to understand applications flow, making changes in same to fulfill requirements. Testing applications through debugging, if required. • Work with BI publisher, to rebuild / update template to get desired report output. • Deploy the applications in PY & PD environment, after validating changes in DV for client's access.

Worked for Reliance Jio' s P2B process of Jio Fiber. • Consulted client in process Incidents throughout P2B process, from allotting FSA to actually submission of work order. • Keeping track of work orders at different stages of process, monitoring the same to reduce incidents time considerably. •Revamped documentation of incidents, if necessary, connected with backend for better resolution.
