I am currently managing CSR intervention in the area of Education with special focus on STEM, Gender and Inclusion. Currently I look after - Managing ground implementation of Atal Tinkering Lab program in 16 government schools in collaboration with NITI Aayog and CSR Funding Partner Developing curriculum for facilitating classroom sessions on Digital Literacy, Design Thinking, Computational Thinking and Physical Computing Support CSR Partner organization to build strong volunteer engagement activities. Build strong Data-Driven processes in an Innovation Program at school level Mentor and facilitate team of 8 members to drive the program at ground level Perform training need analysis and design training plans accordingly
