1. I have led the planning, design, execution, and delivery of Linux based Device Drivers to customers based on their requirements. 2. Individually debugged and solved multiple blocking issues making the drivers more stable and robust. 3. Added multiple features across various drivers, performed regular code reviews, and collaborated frequently with stakeholders. 4. Solved multiple latency issues in the drivers thereby reducing their response time by over 500%. 5. Added capabilities in the drivers such that they can transfer data at a rate that is over 4 times faster than the previously supported rate. 6. Wrote automated test frameworks for functional testing and prepared detailed documentation for the customers. 7. Personally mentored new joiners in the team and assisted them in knowledge transfer. 8. I was promoted from the position of Associate Software Engineer to Software Engineer in November 2020.
