Role & accomplishments: Data warehouse and Business Intelligence Developer  Handling complicated ad-hoc SQL queries and reports.  Handling ETLs from different sources like files or tables with ODI and plsql.  Automating reports using ODI and plsql.  Data quality test and identifying mismatch reasons.  Data cleansing and preparation. Achievements:  Main DWBI project of MCI: participating as ODI ETL developer and OBIEE Dashboard designer in agile teams.  Loyally project: A complete BI project in small scale. Analysing requirement, data model design, source integration and ETL with plsql, and finally designing creative dashboard with tableau. II. Role & accomplishments: Business Intelligence Analyst  Designing creative dashboards (Tableau, OBIEE) beyond expectations  Analyze requirements by attending meeting with non-technical Stakeholders  Proposing statistical models.  Extracting insight from data and clarifying dashboard for non-technical Stakeholders  Developing new KPIs Achievements  Revenue and Product Dashboard: strategic design, for c-level using ‘all-in-one-glance’ method and creative KPIs to help them by identifying main trend-changes of the day and probable reasons.  Advertisement Dashboard: not only creating a good comparative analysis pages of competitors, but also proactively binding advertisement data to Usage data in order to clarify effectiveness of each move.  Loyalty Dashboard: to measure not only effectiveness of “Loyalty Plan” by designing revenue related KPIs (RFM, etc.), but also identifying loyal and potential loyal subscribers. Plus discovering probable effective features in loyalty by linear regression.
