As a software engineer, I worked with both Swedish and Bangladeshi people on our team. We built different data-driven products here. We built a recommender system that recommends ads to the user based on historical and real-time behavioral patterns. We also exposed some Microservices to our ad serving engine and implemented the backend data infrastructure for that. We used S3, Hbase as storage, Spark and Hadoop, Redshift, and Hive as analysis tools. The languages we used are mainly Java, Scala, Python, R, etc.
