Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to tower infrastructure, using SQL Queries, MS Excel Core Data Analysis and identifying issues on sites / tower through data received from the sites. Transformation - Utilizing the Power Query Editor to clean, shape, and structure data from diverse sources. This includes operations like data cleaning, shaping, merging, and advanced calculations using DAX, ensuring that the data is well-prepared for insightful analysis and reporting. Visualizations - Create interactive charts, tables, maps, KPI and custom visuals to convey information dynamically. Predictions Timely resolution of incidents, minimizing service disruptions, and maintaining the overall stability and reliability of the telecommunications infrastructure.
