Inspected LRU and cable assemblies per engineering drawings, specs, using precise measuring tools, and issued CoC, FAI. Managed company calibration equipment and tools. Conducted bi-weekly audits per QA manual, AS9100, ISO9001. Developed multiple programs in Excel using formulas and VBA macros (REDARS Equivalent, BOM Compare, Advanced QA Checklist, etc.). Reduced inspection team to 50% personnel, grew inspection counts over 300%, and allowed team to take on additional responsibilities. Contacted suppliers and FAA DER/DAR for drawings, test data, CoC, 8130-3. Provided status reports to QA Director. Attend QA metrics meetings. Trained and mentored new inspectors. Reviewed and signed engineering drawing, SOP and released documents after approval and updated ERP to reflect changes.
