Research Associate

In collaboration with School of Physics, I process Microbeam Radiation Theraphy (MRT) data by using Autoassiciative Memory to compress the energy deposition (dose) information. The compressed data can then be used in visualisation of data using SOM to investigate any grouping and other insights and future use to predict the dosage in treatment planning.
