As a Data Science Specialist I supervise the activities of 6 data scientists across different projects. In these projects, we use different tools such as Looker, Qlik Sense, Streamlit, Python, and R. All projects have a medical focus and we use daily Google Cloud to store data and deploy the services. Some of the activities developed are: calculation of reference values for exams, classifying X-ray images, extracting information from medical reports using Natural Language Processing and/or LLM, building dashboards and supporting doctors in scientific research.
