Working at Target has introduced me to the sophisticated world of programming, where I worked as a backend engineer and senior backend engineer, under industry experts. I worked on the Price Clearance team that manages clearance prices for Target (stores and digital) platform. The work environment at Target was similar to a research lab where I was given enough time and resources to work on solving complex problems. While developing APIs at Target, I realized the importance of learning the frameworks thoroughly to utilize them efficiently. Tech stack: Java, Python, Spring boot, Relational databases, Elastic-search, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Drone, Docker.
