The maximum status of a company on the site is to have the RA 1000 Seal, which also has specific criteria. Consumers can, after having their questions answered by the companies, indicate that the problem has been solved or not, in addition to having the right to reply and, in the end, to show by means of smiles their opinion on the response of the company claimed.
