Also responsible for creating and maintaining automated test suites as well as functional validation of the product Responsibilities: • Handles API Testing of Oracle Service Cloud, which involves SOAP, REST and PHP API layers. • Maintain in-house API testing framework built on python • Performs automated testing of user interface using selenium based framework. • Participates in scrum ceremonies - sprint planning meeting, daily scrum meeting, sprint review meeting, and sprint retrospective meeting • Part of the team that implements & maintains Jenkins pipeline that create test site, load data, execute test cases and publish the test result to stakeholders. • Developed utilities which performs automated incident creation and re-executes failed test cases as part of OSvC hackathon 2017 and implemented the same in the regression suite. Won 2nd runner up for the same.

Worked on automated, manual as well as non-functional testing of various versions of Xelerate / TBMS, the revenue management and business assurance product suite from Suntec Business Solutions. Also worked along with pre-sales team and provided solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities: • Created and executed automated software test plans, cases and scripts to uncover, identify and document software problems and their causes. • Automated test cases using IBM rational functional tester and Selenium WebDriver • Performed Smoke testing , integration testing & regression testing of the product • Participated in peer review of functional specification and test plans/test cases. • Performed Performance testing and load testing of the product using apache jmeter • Worked on security bugs identified in the product during penetration testing by external agencies • Validated database failover scenarios in oracle RAC • Co-ordinated with development team and DBAs for performance optimization • Developed various automation tools and utilities that provided the most awaited relief from the day to day routine activities of maintaining and running several automated scheduled processes • Performed online demo of the product configurations to the clients.
