Responsibilities : <-Contributed to the development and continuous enhancement of the project by producing efficient code with Java, Spring-boot, Kafka and n1ql(Couchbase) as the primary technologies. <-Acquired better knowledge on the reactive Framework components such as Rx-java, Vert.x to implement solutions to significantly increase the performance of the applications for transaction-processing. <-Developed features for the new functionality required for the payment network and worked on end to end delivery. <-Processed different types of the files coming from the partners, ensuring data quality , adherence to standards and policies, acknowledging receipt of partner files, applying partner parameters, calculating Issuer and Acquirer settlement, and identifying receiving parties. <-Worked on enriching & validating the transactions coming from the partners (acquirers/issuers) as per the business rules. <-Developed BPMNs & Drool files to analyse & understand the business workflow process. <-Handling production defects and fixing them on time to mitigate the impacts & keep the system defect free. <-Good understanding on Micro-services architecture, docker and Cl/CD pipelines. <-Write efficient unit/integration test-cases using Junits, Mockito and BDD (cucumber framework). <-Developed Grafana dashboard for Application Monitoring with Prometheus by leveraging spring boot actuator. <-Practicing Agile methodology for application development.
