- Ideated & led the planning and development of a brand new monitoring and notification system, which became a unique selling point of the product - Ownership & full-fledged feature development of Quero’s CDP API & backend - Led the upgrades of product integrations such as Looker BI & Google Ads, which improved customer satisfaction and strengthened the product’s feature-set - Optimized performance of the API significantly, bringing down response times from minutes to seconds. - Collaborated with architects to design & develop major portions of the product such as SSO integrations, marketing activations, along with performance optimizations. - Significantly improved the software development, documentation & release processes allowing faster delivery and early bug detection ahead of QA-handoff. - Proposed ideas for re-imagined product features, driving many of them from the idea stage to feature delivery
