Writing code to replicate errors on the merchant's side, reporting issues internally to development teams, and suggesting/implementing code fixes for bugs. Investigating technical issues with payments and providing merchant's technical teams with feedback, coming up with solutions. Writing technical documentation. Creating internal guides and tutorials on how to troubleshoot different categories of technical issues.
