Worked with eight-person corporate technology group team sustaining executive stock management systems. Created and maintained redemptions, debentures, and proxy and composite elections including recording and reporting procedures for corporate stockholders, Handled PNotes. IRS tax reporting and additional confidential information for executive stocks and bonuses. Key Achievements:  Played key role on initiative to design, code, and test application allowing search views plus quick ability to update, read, and print stockholder’s existing and previous accounts.  Prepared official design documents featuring case testing options to help quality control correct test products without any errors.

Software Engineer

Taxware LLC•  May 2004 - September 2006

Taxware, Wakefield, MA Designed and constructed interfaces between sales tax and partners’ software including SAP link for Small Business One application (CRM). Employed SDK allowing developers to obtain SBOs SAP objects. Devised and preserved application tools. Identified and maximized inefficient codes. Developed client server system utilizing web pages as interface to tax engine. Arranged and converted page layouts to C#. Secured C++/C tax engine on x64 and IA64 machines. Created deployment package to configure 64-bit and 32-bit/64-bit hybrid system. Built architecture and revised coding with existing 32-bit component in Vb.net and C++ to address 64-bit component requirements. Key Achievement:  Received Spotlight Award for outstanding service in meeting client’s timelines. Expert for the company in using SBO for the company's core sales tax object
