•Working on Anvil 9 which supports Middle office trading for different Fixed income asset classes viz. Bonds, Repos, Swaps, Equities and Derivatives, Forex Trading (SPOT & Forward), General Collaterals, Swings, etc •Good understanding of Trade Management life cycle and Position Management. •Day to day technical support of the ION Fixed Income Trading Anvil application for European, US and Tokyo based trade floor users. •Exposure in carrying out analysis of existing functionalities / applications to understand present state, finding gaps in processes, figuring out the enhancement options. •Log analysis, scenario replication and root cause analysis of the issues/problems/incidents reported by the clients. Identify and report the bugs to development team. •Understanding business requirements, proposing solutions to meet the business needs, weighing priorities, managing client expectations and resolving any issues that might arise. •Interacting with the investment bank clients directly over the phone call, webex/join.me sessions, emails for the issues reported by Clients and logging them on JIRA ticketing tool. Coordinating with internal partners and IT support teams at the client for technical problems logged. •Experience of weekly status presentations to different investment banks, identifying their top priority issues and pain points, suggesting permanent solution/workarounds.
