During my internship at TSF, I worked as a technical intern. I performed many different tasks and learned a lot of new skills during my internship. There were two phases in my internship. I managed to successfully submit my all task before deadlines. In my first phase, I developed EC2 VM instance on AWS(Amazon Web Service) and I made it access through RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol) over the internet. Also in this phase, I also had to submit the comparative study report of various cloud initiatives. In my report, I compared cloud initiatives of Amazon, Microsoft, Google and IBM. In second phase of the internship,I developed a web service(REST API) using Spring frame work.I used my basic knowledge of STS(Spring Tool Suite) IDE,Java,My SQL,Spring Boot.I build REST API of my own idea to show the CRUD operations. I showed 4 CRUD operations that are GET, PUT, DELETE & POST. For testing, I used POSTMAN testing browser to test all the operation. I also uploaded my project on my GitHub and youtube account. I was intrigued by the family culture at HCL after speaking to some of my seniors who had gone through the HCL summer internship programmes.As HCL is largestIT services provider in the India,I felt that an internship at HCLwas a great platform for me to gain deeper insights into the projects of IT industry.HCL also known for its focus on diversity as well as career development programmes which I believe provides numerous learning opportunities for the interns.... During my internship I developed a project ”Task Tracker” based on web technology.The Task-Tracker is a project comprising of tasks,deliverables,milestones or issues that are required to complete a project. This project is for the Team Leader[TL] to track the status of the project which he/she has assigned to their Team members [TM]. In this project I used HTML,CSS,JavaScrip skills to develop the user interface , For database I used MySql language and for database connection I used JSP and JDBC techniques.
