The bugs are from previous releases or can occur in the latest features that are being developed. They can be low or hot in priority. 2. Develop features as per the customer requirements. This also includes improving the existing ones while creating the new ones in such a way that they are bug free as much as they can be. 3. In addition to this, I am also responsible to help new team members accommodate in PTC and in the team so that they feel welcomed and encouraged to work on this exiting and promising product, that is, Creo Schematics.
