Lead 3 member team to develop load test system to test system’s resilience for high throughput days like NYE. Developed callback support for Zomato delivery partners and productivity hours management system for support agents. Developed winback program and revamped cancellation penalty system.

Worked with a small three member backend team to develop Pro Plus product. Worked on restaurant onboarding flow on Zomato’s dining platform and architected dining brunch booking for Zomato UAE. Added third party provider booking support in Zomato’s table booking platform.
