I worked as site engineer in DP world project Navi Mumbai. I completed piles structure one of the major activities in the project. 1- Problem solving skills- I acquired the skill of handling the unpredictable problem that arises in project. 2. Adaptability- I am able to accommodate myself in organisation culture and corporate life. 3. Manpower management- I empowered myself with this new skill. 4.Time management- This is one of the important skills that I gained while working with L&T construction. As time directly affects the cost of project while managing the time It also make sure that resource and time are in balance i.e break even
