Responsibilities: • Worked on job recommendations feature wherein users will be recommended jobs posted on the platform based on their job preferences. • Designed and developed an algorithm to find duplicate profiles in the system. • Integrated several popular payment gateways – Pay Direct (Malaysia), Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, BillDesk (India), Quipu (Ghana) into the system for users to make payments across countries. • Revamped and implemented birthday notifications in the system which is actively used by 1M+ users. • Integrated External plugins into the system for a smooth user experience which reduced the loading time by 25%. • Developed a feature to send pending job applicants summary mail of last 60 days to the job posters which helped in increasing the email click ratio by 10%. • Worked on everyday tasks related to various features & issue fixes to make the system bug-free. • Code reviewing peer developers’ code and suggest any improvements that can be made.
