Added selective logging capability in Azure HDInsight Log Analytics tool based on fluentd , mdsd daemon, td-agent and Azure Geneva Monitoring. Reduced cost of HDInsight Log Analytics by more than 10% using the selective logging feature. Created automation scripts using bash and python for disabling and enabling log types in log analytics workspace. Worked on creating unit and integration tests for utility functions in the automation script which reduced debugging time significantly.
