Contributed to the development of Knox, an internal documentation search engine. Designed and implemented backend APIs using Python (Flask). Leveraged Elasticsearch for document indexing and retrieval. Integrated Egnyte as a centralized document repository. Used Redis for caching search results. Developed a thumbnail generator for PDFs and PPTs. Integrated and trained Learn To Rank (LTR) in Elasticsearch. Automated monthly digest reports using SendGrid. Worked on Xpressplus, a workflow management system, and Skillsearch, an internal tool for searching employees based on skills.
