  • SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER

    AMDOCS•  December 2020 - October 2022

    I worked for almost 2 years for a "COMCAST MID MARKET" client as a software Test engineer. During this tenure, I worked for a "Comcast Mid-Market" client. I supported production, pre-production, and lower working environments as a software test engineer for more than 12 releases. Additionally, I handled daily-based sanity, regression, progression, migration, role-based testing, and functional testing end-to-end. Moreover, I also handled the Amdocs Billing System and finance regressions using the Oracle Database and Unix for almost a year. Also, I have good hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management and defect Management. For multiple releases, I also deployed many final Hotfixes in the pre-production environment before going live. I designed multiple test cases and test suits in each release.
