My roles and responsibilities includes: ● Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards, reducing operating costs and improving functionality by 30%. ● Implementing the UI design layouts of user request for enhancing the user interface using HTML and CSS3 components by 20%. ● Resolved system test and validation problems to provide normal program functioning. ● Implemented and applied changes in the database to add the requested attribute to the schema for better performance and evaluation by 30%. ● Deployed maintainable codes for both desktop and mobile operating systems. ● Collaborated on stages of systems development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production releases. ●Collaborated with project managers to select ambitious, but realistic coding milestones on pre-release software project development. ● Translated design personnel's ideation into concrete development frameworks for use in Birch Street Application software. ● Achieved SLA's of 97% of all handled request. Monitoring the escalation cases and providing eff ective solutions to the customers with an overall resolution nearing 97%. ● Designed and developed the Request for new enhanced features on JIRA platform which delivered 90% of the customer requirement request. ● Configure and deploy the cloud based AWS system using S3 buckets to set up integrations for client third party systems. ● Use the API from different third party systems on python and React JS to improvise the business needs and rectify the errors. ●Leading from the front and managing the integration for major giants of hospitality "Sodexo", "Hilton" with resolution of 97%.
