In this role, I developed the "Bring Your Own Device" feature, allowing users to connect with their existing devices, which enhanced flexibility, streamlined onboarding, and improved customer satisfaction across multiple platforms. I also enhanced the grid wall page to display available offers directly on the cards, significantly improving user experience and engagement by making information more accessible and visible. Additionally, I concentrated on scalability and performance optimization of the web application by refactoring the existing codebase and implementing various optimization techniques, achieving a substantial reduction in page load time from approximately 50 seconds to just 3 seconds.

I implemented key features, including the development of a new page for transferring credits between colleges using JavaScript, which enhanced user experience and streamlined the process within the application. Additionally, I enhanced web accessibility across existing application pages and developed new ones in accordance with WCAG guidelines, ensuring compliance with best practices to improve usability for all users. I also migrated a multi-page application to a single-page application using ReactJS, transitioning from KnockoutJS to optimize performance and user interaction.
