Worked as a lead developer and led 3 teams to deliver warehouse management applications successfully. Lead SWMS-RF Modernization agile(scrum) team and was responsible for delivering 3 Kotlin applications to manage wear-house routines which run on the forklift, handheld, and wearable Zebra devices. As a core developer, I engaged in designing the deployment architecture of the application, rest-APIs, and UI/API automation with reports, server side scripting and maintained the internal systems. Developed deployment methods to connect all the warehouses to work independently and automated the deployment. Responsible for environment creation for testing, development, and production in AWS with docker, technologies. Organise meetings with stakeholders, feature demonstrations, conduct sprint planning with retrospectives and manage the JIRA and Confluence documentation. Responsible for UAT, Pilot, and Production releases. Conduct KT sessions and demonstrations for newcomers to get onboarded and was responsible for code quality and standards.
