In this project, the restaurant needs to review the inventory data daily and monthly. Their key goal is to ensure cost and time-efficient deliveries and stock fulfilment. Hence the inventory team requires a dashboard that would display supplier trends and key inventory indicators. This dashboard helps them to understand when and where the materials are needs to be stocked and who are the preferred vendors.
