I had worked at Precihole Machine Tools as a Trainee Design Engineer where I developed 3D models and detailed drawings of Honing and Gun Drilling Machines by using Solidworks 2019. During my tenure I : - • Designed and developed Mandrels for different honing sizes and workpiece materials. • Drafted and detailed drawings related to Honing machine and mandrels for manufacturing. • Managed Solidworks CAD, drawing and ISO files of machines using ISO standards. • Coordinated with Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality, Assembly, Planning and SAP department to solve their queries.

Mechanical Design Intern

Mahisa Packaging Systems LLP•  October 2018 - January 2019

I had worked at Mahisa Packaging Systems as a Mechanical Design Intern and developed designs, 3D models and performed simulations and experiments on Hot Melt Adhesive Dispensing Machine. My role was to reduce the melting time and minimizing the lid and casing temperature. During the internship: - • We developed a melting tank which was able to melt 38% of adhesive in 15 minutes whereas the previous melting tank was able to melt only 26% of adhesive in the same span of time. • We reduced the melting tank’s lid temperature from 119 °C to 60 °C. • We reduced the machine’s casing temperature from 60 °C to 41 °C.
