Improved allocation percentage to 85% from 70% (manual allocation), and trainer utilization from 65% to 90% • Designed and Implemented Fitness Planner to automate workout generation. The product was at a customer rating of 4.5 (extremely useful) with highly positive feedback and close to zero trainer intervention
