Extended and maintained packages in py_matcher, a collection of python packages designed for entity matching. Work included improving features, writing unit test cases, fixing bugs, writing documentation, releasing code, overseeing other students and contributing to research. Assisted domain scientists at UW-Madison to deduplicate 4 million records of Brazilian cattle ranches using py_matcher. Responsibilities included teaching researchers the system, providing guidance on entity matching procedures and executing the developed workflow on the full table.
