Designed RA-UNet system by integrating Attention Residual modules within U-Net-based Encoder-Decoder architecture. Invented data pre-processing pipelines to convert 2D brain image sequences into 3D volumes for volumetric MRI analysis. Optimized volumetric MRI analysis by 81% through the use of a Transformer-based Encoder-Decoder with Attention mechanism for fine-tuning, improving validation of additional brain structures.
