Extracted data and created reports pertaining to the Office of Academic Advancement coordinating with the Registrar Team implementing findings and providing insights to improve existing systems such as the Teaching Assignment Management System (TAMS). Created a data dashboard using Smartsheet to track all of the faculty fellows in the school that upper management used for national reporting. Led daily and weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications between cross-functional teams across different departments. Provided technical, strategic, and administrative support to the Committee on Clinical Faculty Promotion (CCFP), from the clinical track faculty dossier preparation, midterm and promotions including external reviews.
