Java Architect
Encodify•  December 2015 - Present
I embarked on a transformative journey with Encodify, a voyage that has spanned over seven years. I transitioned from a Java Developer to a Senior Java Developer and ultimately assumed the role of a Backend Architect (Java). I've navigated the realm of Java, starting from version 6 and pure spring web/maven at the inception and journeying through to version 17 and actual version of spring boot/gradle. My commitment extends to keeping projects aligned with the latest stable versions of utilized technologies and libraries, ensuring currency, security and optimal performance. I harness a robust skill set, a mosaic of competencies encompassing Spring Boot, Spring Security (including SAML 2.0/OAuth 2), RabbitMQ, Tomcat, MySQL, Lucene, and more. This proficiency equips me to tackle intricate tasks within a collaborative and agile environment, consistently delivering impactful solutions that drive the organization forward. In my testing pursuits, I've explored diverse methodologies. From the foundational JUnit, I evolved, migrating from versions 3/4 and EasyMock to version 5 and Mockito. In the realm of integration testing, I've utilized Serenity, Selenium, and JBehave to ensure comprehensive quality assurance. Throughout my journey, I've embraced agile methodologies as the cornerstone of driving the development. My mastery of the Spring framework and back-end web development empowers me to tackle multifaceted challenges head-on. This adeptness in conjunction with my deep understanding of architecture aligns seamlessly with my commitment to elevating system efficiency and performance. Introduction of Docker as a pivotal deployment strategy proved transformative, significantly enhancing the application deployment process and enabled seamless deployment in cloud environments, including using managed services from Google Cloud.I embarked on a transformative journey with Encodify, a voyage that has spanned over seven years.
