NGS analysis of an epilepsy-associated dataset comprising 39376 genes, pinpointing differentially expressed genes ·Leveraged the computational tools of Cytoscape, synergizing with the STRING database, to construct an interactome network. ·Employed the state-of-the-art CytoHubba plugin to rank and prioritize hub genes using Maximum Clique Centrality algorithm. ·Performed functional annotation using the DAVID tool to gain insights into biological processes associated with hub genes. ·Enhanced understanding of epilepsy's underlying mechanisms through comprehensive analysis and functional annotation. ·Provided a comprehensive interpretation of the biological relevance of hub genes in the context of epilepsy pathogenesis.
