Enhanced CM Support-ESC/SCU: Demonstrated End-to-End ownership in development of software defined network(SDN) to ESC/SCU nodes & documented HLD in application anatomy as per requirements of Ericsson & introduced enhanced CM support of YANG fragments exposed by SDN and provided CRUDA support in SSH/TLS protocols to ESC/SCU nodes. ◦ Application Performance Upgrade: Improvised ENM-application performance by reducing SHM backup filesize of router6K nodes from 20MB to 5KB, enhancing storage efficiency and system responsiveness. ◦ EM Launch-IPv6 Nodes: Identified critical bug & resolved by extending the support of launch- Element Manager(EM) external application from ENM for IPv6 NE’s by tweaking design of existing IPv6 support. ◦ Efficient Timeout Reduction: Cut Processing Time from 60min to 5 seconds,if canceled during the restore-backup job of NE’s that drastically improved system stability and updated progress state from ’failed’ to ’canceled.’ ◦ Support Engineer - Ericsson: Tested FCAPS features in Ericsson Network Management(ENM). ◦ Features Troubleshooting & Resolution: Proficiently debugged & resolved issues in capabilities of network element & in application , utilizing VM’s in ENM deployments for patching and automation testing in Jenkins, ensuring high quality delivery via CI/CD processes. ◦ Agile Expertise: Gained competency in Agile software development methodology, conducted knowledge transfer sessions. Presented sprint demos, showcasing product features, and received appreciations from Ericsson clients.
