Worked with the Automation team, designing software, infrastructure and policies for business process automation. • Application Setup: Setup Blueprism, UiPath and Abbyy Flexicapture on AWS VPC. Integrated these applications with Active Directory for single sign on, installed SSL certificates, defined developer policies and access control matrix. • Mail to Order: Automated purchase order creation in SAP, consuming Salesforce API’s, reducing the manual workload by 70%. • Outlook Project: Wrote an app to trigger bots through email, by consuming MS Outlook REST API, replacing Golden Bridge. • Training: Created Automation training material and delivered trainings in Europe, Russia and within India to onboard business. • Monitoring Solution: Developed a python application to monitor bots, triggering automated healing, reducing downtime by 80%. • Recruitment: Interviewed 300+ developers (FTE/FTC) for the expansion of tech team over a period of 6 months.
