I worked as an intern at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions for 5 months. During this period, I performed various tasks focused on the development, QA, and support of the point-of-sale systems used by Toshiba's customers. My responsibilities included debugging software issues, implementing fixes, and ensuring the overall quality of the system. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system features and address client requirements effectively. In this role, I gained hands-on experience with agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
